Dr. Nick Rudelich opened Southwest Dental in Taylorsville in 1979, when 4015 West was the edge of town.Dr. Nick Rudelich and Dr. Victor Pickett built Southwest Dental on a simple idea: care more about the patient than the money. That is still how the office runs. Patients are family here. We know them by first name, and they know us by ours. The practice has stayed in the same community ever since, growing with it, and many of the patients who came in as children in the 1980s now bring their own children and grandchildren. PENDING: founding details from the family.
Our practiceInside the practiceMeet the people, see the office, read what patients say.
Dr. Nick Rudelich founded the practice and still sees patients on Tuesdays, a couple of times a month. His son, Dr. Lucas J. Rudelich, now leads it, alongside Dr. Curtis S. Condie and Dr. Travis Dixon. The handoff changed the name on the door and little else: the same office, much of the same team, and the same way of treating people. Dr. Lucas grew up around the practice, trained at USC, and came home to carry it forward.
