Dr. Nick

The founder still stops by.

Dr. Nick Rudelich, who founded Southwest Dental in 1979, still sees patients on Tuesdays, a couple of times a month.Dr. Nick Rudelich and Dr. Victor Pickett built Southwest Dental on a simple idea: care more about the patient than the money. That is still how the office runs. Patients are family here. We know them by first name, and they know us by ours. Dr. Carson Baltazar is no longer with the practice. Patients who saw him are welcome to continue with any of our dentists, and their records are here.

Approach

How Dr. Condie practices.

Dr. Condie is known for unhurried explanations, a light touch with numbing, and a preference for the simplest treatment that will last.Nearly three decades in practice have taught him that most people are nervous about one of two things, pain or cost, so he addresses both before he picks up an instrument. Nervous patients and children do especially well with him.
